Crush Mental Barriers. Own Your Life.
You are in the right place, at the right time, and doing the right thing. Seeking help is difficult, and finding the right therapist can be challenging. I provide a non-judgmental space for children, adolescents, and adults. Building a trusting, caring, and respectful therapeutic relationship with my client is key to effecting beneficial change. I am committed to listening, understanding, and providing the appropriate specialized treatment to accommodate individual needs.
My approach includes evidence-based interventions such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), in which the client identifies and breaks destructive patterns and builds more helpful habits. We will work together toward your values and goals and measure your success along the way.
Do not fight this battle alone. If you are ready to overcome obstacles and achieve your personal goals, please don’t hesitate to reach out. I am looking forward to starting this journey with you!

LCPCMy clinical practice is backed by a unique combination of front-line experience and rigorous academic training. While wrapping up a 15-year career as a police officer in the District of Columbia, I earned my Master’s degree in Forensic Psychology from Purdue Global University in 2021, followed by advanced graduate coursework in counseling at Capella University. Since 2021, I have operated as an outpatient therapist—previously holding licensure as a Psych Associate through the Maryland Board of Examiners of Psychologists—delivering targeted mental health interventions to children, adolescents, and adults prior to my LCPC licensure.
